At Fruie, we are committed to delivering your skincare essentials safely and on time.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. During sales or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order is shipped.

Shipping Timeline (India)

Estimated delivery timelines: Metro Cities: 2–4 business days, Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days, Remote Areas: 5–10 business days. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pincodes. Fruie reserves the right to cancel COD orders in case of suspicious activity or repeated failed deliveries. Customers who refuse COD deliveries may be restricted from future COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped: You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. Please allow 24 hours for tracking details to activate.

Delays & Failed Deliveries

Fruie is not responsible for delays caused by: Incorrect shipping address provided by customer, Customer unavailable during delivery attempts, Natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions. If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged During Transit

If your order arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, Share images and an unboxing video. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund
